Damn you, Forever 21

Just when I thought it was safe to put the credit card away.... BAM! F21 bring out new super-cute items that I simply must purchase. This order? Well, it consists of:

(Dripped Sequin Knit Top, Cameo Lace Cardigan, Lace Trim Polka Dot Boyshort, Fab Striped Sweater Top, Lacy Cotton Brief, Metallic Lace Satin Wallet, Fab Hairband Elastic Ball, Metallic Dot Scarf and Sweet Ruffle Sweater Cardigan)

Pretty decent haul for only AU$150. Now... I really mustn't spent any more!

Simply stunning

Somebody! Stop me shopping!

Disastrous... I cannot stop shopping! Hopefully this will mark the end of it though, as I'm forcing myself to not peruse Etsy or eBay. I simply had to bid on this vintage crinoline though... it is so cute!

I think it is time to stop now, with 3 crinolines. There is actually another one I want to buy from Unique-Vintage, it looks so cute peeking out from under a dress. But Unique-Vintage's postage is so outrageous (international shipping starts from $42), and there are a few different colours that all look fantastic! It'd be hard to pick a colour that would universally match all my dresses and skirts apart from white, and I already own a white crinoline so that'd be out. Anyway, piccy piccy:

Now... "I must not shop, I must not shop"...

The shopping bug bit again

Well, yesterday I was procrastinating at work as I often do (bad, I know), and I was perusing the Forever 21 website, and all of a sudden I spend $150! Shock! Pretty items though!

But oh yes, all of those items came to a grand total of AU$150 (it was US$100 plus US$35 shipping). Love a good bargain. And I cannot believe I have finally succumbed to animal print. Thankfully I have plenty of items on eBay for sale at the moment, so their profits should cover this little indiscretion.

An update...

Well, it has been two months since my last post. Disgraceful form, I realise. But, I've been busy. Working, studying, exercising, not having headaches... I've now lost 10kg, and I'm feeling fab. Still have a bit to go, but I should be at my goal weight (under 70kg in a few weeks).

News? Well, I have been pretty damn boring as of late. Quick update though:

We have a pet lamb. Her name is Mary. We scored her from my uncle who has a farm up near Ballarat. She was half of a set of twins, and the mother abandoned one of them. She was 1 day old when we brought her home. A few days later, Ace (the border collie) burrowed into her pen, and was "playing" with her while we were at work. End result? Lamb missing chunks of skin and flesh from three legs. Lots of vet trips and bills. Dog in bad books. BUT, she's well and truly on the mend now.

I'm almost done Xmas shopping. I love being organised. I also went op-shopping and bought heaps of new clothes for my new size 12 body! Thanks to that I'm now in the "must shop" mood, and I've bought a few things on eBay and etsy in the past week. Pics:

(Japanese kimono fabric bag from Etsy, vintage crinoline underskirt from eBay, Japanese style hairclips from Etsy, and a Japanese print tin from Etsy).

As you can tell, I'm really digging the Japanese theme at the moment.

More updates to follow as I think of them!
